CLASSES OF MEMBERSHIP
A. ORGANIZATIONAL MEMBERS
Membership in the Corporation is extended to Christian Churches
and ministries and their members, of like precious faith, without
regard to denominational affiliation.
Churches
and ministries include organizations and fellowships.
Churches who are accepted as members in the Corporation are
referred to as affiliates or affiliate churches and ministries
(ACM).
B.
YOUTH MEMBERS
Membership is also granted to youth ages 10-18, who are members
of affiliate churches and ministries, through the Youth Council.
II.
ELIGIBILITY
Membership
is open to all pastors and heads of ministries. Any Christian
church, ministry or individual is eligible for consideration
for membership in the Council provided that they:
A. Submit a completed Membership Application and Fact Sheet;
B.
Submit a non-refundable application fee; and
C.
Qualify under one of the classes of membership listed above.
III.
APPLICATION SCREENING
A.
All applicants are subject to the membership application policy.
B.
A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 shall be assessed
and must be submitted before an application is reviewed.
C.
All candidates for membership must be approved by a unanimous
vote of the executive board.
D.
Applications are reviewed three times a year.

IV.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT
A.
Affiliate churches and ministries are required to support
the Kingdom Council on a monthly basis by submitting a ministerial
tithe of the tithe which is a minimum of 1% of
10% of the ministries or individuals monthly income).
B.
A reinstatement fee, to be determined by the executive board,
shall be assessed for any former affiliate wishing to re-establish
membership.
C.
Annual membership fees, to be determined by the executive
board, will be established based on the status of the member
(i.e. Church, ministry, individual).
V.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants will be examined in the
following areas:
A.
Moral character;
B.
Spiritual responsibility and maturity;
C.
Demonstration and application of Christian principles as established
by the Word of God;
D.
Personal references as submitted in letters of recommendation
from at least one KCICCM member and the applicants pastor.
VI.
TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
A.
A member is considered in good standing when they
meet their financial obligation, abide by the Corporations
Bylaws, Code of Ethics, and membership guidelines.
B.
An affiliate may terminate their membership at any time. By
taking such action, the affiliate relinquishes all rights
and privileges of membership. Notice of termination should
be made in writing to the national office.
C.
Subject to the decision of the executive board, membership
shall be terminated for:
(1) violation of membership standards;
(2) violation of Bylaws;
(3) negligence in Christian duties;
(4) failure to submit monthly financial support;
(5) unexcused absences from the Conference and meetings;
(6) doctrinal departure from the tenets of faith; and
(7) moral failure.
